Registration Fees

$600 Conference Registration

$500 Early Bird Registration

$500 Additional Registration within Company/Organization*

*Upon successful completion of a registration for an individual at a particular company/organization, a confirmation email will be generated and sent to the individual with a special discount code for registering additional individuals within the company/organization. The code can be used an indefinite number of times.

Note: By attending the eClinicalWorks 2009 National Users’ Conference, you agree to waive all rights of privacy and compensation in connection with the use of your photograph. You agree that eClinicalWorks may photograph or videotape when appropriate and to make them available to the public free of charge over the Internet for the purpose of marketing our 2009 National Users’ Conference.  

Registration Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must submit a Notice of Cancellation in writing by August 3, 2009 to receive a refund, less a $200 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given after August 3, 2009.
