Negotiated rate is only valid through January 5th, 2006. This room rate will be available to conference attendees from February 3rd through February 11th, based on availability. Each additional person to a room is $20.00. Children 18 years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents. Hotel reservations should be made directly with the Gaylord Palms Resort by visiting the Gaylord Palms website (click here) or by calling (407) 586-2000. Please identify yourself as a guest attending the ATP Conference. Hotel reservations will be accepted at the conference rate until January 5th, 2006 and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the room block is full, the conference rate will not be available. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the final night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. Check-in time at the Hotel is 3:00 pm. The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Anyone checking out after 11:00 AM may incur late charges.
